The goal was to allow our customers to know us better. Whether it is the know-how and skills that our company can offer to customers looking for a threading solution. For this, we were looking to develop our digital communication.

Thanks to our new virtual showroom, our customers can discover the whole range of our know-how and the solutions we can offer them.
In addition to a link on our website, we also put a link allowing access to our virtual showroom. Directly from the signature of our emails, this link allows to increase even more the visibility of the showroom. Moreover, during exhibitions, we have a space dedicated to the presentation of this new means of communication which allows us to accompany the customer in the discovery of our industrial know-how.
What are the advantages of this solution?
We believe that we are one of the first companies in the industry to implement such a communication concept. Thus, this solution allows us to profile ourselves as a forward-thinking company, both for our communication style and our premium threading solutions.
What benefits did you perceive?
So far, we have been able to present this virtual communication tool at the EMO 2021 fair in Milan. The feedback was very positive!
