Botanica brand committed to natural gardening, has over 70 stores in France. To better structure its merchandising approach and gain in efficiency, the team chose Retail VR's 3D Merchandising solution.

The aim: to model specific furniture, harmonize layouts, and propose more visual, more digestible and more impactful supports for the field.

A solution designed for the business

At Botanic, the merchandising teams were juggling long, inflexible processes: physical receipt of products, in-store set-up, photo shoots, drafting of instructions... A model that lacked responsiveness, particularly for TGs (shelf-toppers) or new collections.

With Retail VRthe creation of 3D visuals becomes autonomous and immediate. Furniture is modeled upstream, products are integrated into a library, and supports are directly usable for the network.

"We've gone from 30% to 40% application of recos to almost 70%. Less interpretation, more impact."

A dynamic that's only just begun

Building on this first step, Botanic is now looking to go even further. The next project concerns the optimization of stock flows, in conjunction with the supply chain. The company also intends to use 3D for macro-merchandising, to simplify the presentation of future store layouts and collections.
