Sarah Pacini started its history in Belgium more than 30 years ago. Originally specialized in knitwear, Sarah Pacini has gradually extended its offer to ready-to-wear and accessories to offer a complete wardrobe that dresses women from head to toe. The "Made in Italy" brand mixes art, design and fashion and creates a true ode to femininity and soul. Today, Sarah Pacini has more than 800 points of sale across the 5 continents.

Faced with the current crisis
- What do you think is the future of e-commerce?
- Does the current crisis accentuate the digitalization of your offer?
- E-commerce is here to stay, all over the world. The pandemic of COVID-19 in the shops have pushed many people of all ages to cross the digital divide. However, many have taken to it. Whether it's for groceries, leisure, etc., these people have developed new online consumption habits. They appreciate the flexibility as well as the feeling of security that they provide.
- Digital is a strategic communication and marketing vector for the development of our company. It works in all the markets where we are present. So, already 9 years ago we launched the B2C transactional website in Europe, as for our B2B platform, it is active since 2013. At the time of the 1st containment, in March 2020, we were adapting our transactional website for North America. It was successfully launched in early May 2020.
The 3D showroom
- How and why did you come up with the idea of a 3D showroom?
- Prior to the pandemic, our B2B platform was primarily used for re-orders with our customers around the world. Our international sales team is deployed in the different markets. In this case, they work mainly face to face with our retailers. (In showrooms or at international trade fairs.) Already in March 2020, given the exceptional situation and its severity, we quickly realized that we had to adapt our working methods for our wholesale business. Without further delay, we decided to build the Sarah Pacini 3D virtual showroom to be ready for the launch of the P/E 2021 season.
The benefits
- What benefits do you get from this showroom for your customers?
- This 3D showroom is a wonderful working tool, a real immersive experience that we offer to our clients. They can walk around the showroom, look at the silhouettes on the mannequins, study a particular group of styles and look at each style from all angles. In addition, this showroom is open 24 hours a day and multiple customers can visit simultaneously, each with their own access code. During the visit, our team can interact with their customers on Zoom to present the collection and give them advice. From the beginning of this project with New Black and Retail VR, the concept we had in mind was clear and we wanted this new 3D showroom to faithfully reflect the DNA of our brand and give our customers a memorable experience. Mission accomplished! The customers were seduced and their comments were extremely positive.
