Mobliberica is a Spanish company specializing in the design and manufacture of contemporary furniture, renowned for its finesse and the simplicity of its timeless lines. Founded in 1979 in the province of Alicante, the company operates a state-of-the-art 11,000m² factory.
What was your initial problem?
Every year, we exhibit at various trade shows in Europe. For us, these are high points that cannot be missed. The Esprit Meuble show is an essential one. It's an important showcase for us. Trade shows are ephemeral. Our main challenge was to present our new products, generally exclusive to the Esprit Meuble show, from a distance and throughout the year.
What were your objectives with this solution?
The aim is to enable a dozen sales representatives in these markets to use the virtual showroom on a regular basis. By using this platform, sales reps can overcome the geographical and time restrictions associated with physical trade shows. It's very engaging for our customers and very easy to use.

The collections are showcased because we make a big effort to present them at the Esprit Meuble show. It's one of the finest showcases in the industry, and the time when we present our most beautiful pieces.
What facilities/difficulties did you encounter in setting up?
Photos are usually taken before the show opens, at night or in the evening. It's practical and doesn't disturb our visitors. Set-up is fast, and after a few days we have our showroom where we can add photo, video or sound content.
The interface is easy to use, with shortcut menus, media content, product sheets and videos to enhance your visit. Visits can be made on mobiles or PCs. The only point of caution: it's important to check that there's an internet connection when you want to use it.
What are the advantages of this solution?
It's a differentiating tool, reflecting the image of our furniture and our company. The tool has given us an innovative way of working. It's difficult to get our customers to come to the showroom and sometimes even to trade fairs, so this solution meets our expectations in terms of remote presentation.
It has strengthened our communication system, although technical improvements have been identified, particularly in terms of the load of content to be integrated.
What benefits did you perceive?
The tool has been fully adopted, and we've seen tangible benefits with our sales staff. It's an easy-to-use, highly effective tool that greatly supports our sales efforts. It's a very profitable investment.
