JVD now offers its customers access to an application developed by Retail VR. The solution gives access to the complete catalog of products from the hygiene range developed by JVD. Users can, with their smartphone or tablet, project in augmented reality the products of the Hygiene universe. At first, it is the disinfection stations recently developed by JVD to accompany their customers during the sanitary crisis. This application aims to allow JVD to guarantee its customers a new and privileged experience.
Preparing for the post COVID-19 era requires us to rethink our relationship with hygiene
Companies and local authorities are already becoming aware of this and are anticipating the upturn. Since March, as a hygiene professional, JVD has committed its production and innovation resources to tackling the crisis. In particular, JVD has developed a free-standing hand sanitizing station that incorporates an automatic dispenser of hydro-alcoholic gel. An effective hand disinfection solution that guarantees compliance with barrier procedures in all circumstances, without contact, and made in France.
How do you prepare for this recovery when the sales forces can no longer intervene in the field?
Together, JVD and Retail VR have come up with an answer to this question. The manufacturer of collective hygiene and hotel equipment is now offering its customers access to an application developed by Retail VR. Thanks to this application, JVD's customers have access to the complete catalog of 3D hygiene devices modeled by the design office using the SolidWorks solution. Using their smartphone or tablet, they simply access the application and project the equipment of their choice in real time, using augmented reality, in their own space (school, hospital, point of sale, offices, public transport, etc.).
Retail VR : From retail to hygiene
Retail VR develops virtual and augmented reality applications and solutions for the retail industry. The Instore Activation application allows for the testing of point-of-sale displays (POS, signage, kakemonos, promotional posters, shelf markers, boxes, etc.) and future merchandising concepts. With this collaboration on this augmented reality technology, the start-up wishes to extend its skills to other sectors and support post-crisis preparation initiatives.
